At Crowned Destiny, all orders are carefully packaged and processed with love.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before your order ships. Processing times may be slightly longer during restocks, launches, or high order volume periods.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery times are estimated as:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
•  International Orders: 7–21 business days depending on location

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

International Orders & Import Fees

For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, or fees may be charged by your country upon delivery. These charges are not included in our product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Crowned Destiny is not responsible for any customs delays, additional fees, or import charges required by your local customs office.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Crowned Destiny is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first, then reach out for support.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
